Warranty Policy

Beleza em Camadas guarantees the quality of its products and offers support to customers in case of defects or manufacturing issues.

1. Coverage of Warranty

1.1. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in wigs, laces, and accessories sold by Beleza em Camadas.
1.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty Period

2.1. The warranty is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

3. Rights of the Customer

3.1. During the warranty period, the customer may request:

  • Replacement of the defective product with a new item of equal value; or

  • Full refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method of the purchase.

4. Procedure for Warranty Claims

4.1. To activate the warranty, the customer must contact our customer service team within the valid period.
4.2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
4.3. A tracking code will be provided for the return, allowing the customer to follow the product until it reaches us.

5. Exclusions

5.1. This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, dyeing, or cutting.

  • Damage caused by heat tools (such as straighteners or curlers) when used incorrectly.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

6. Processing Time

6.1. Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed within a few business days.
